This policy covers what the operator of ethicalbestporn.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. Short version: we run a small first-party tracker to understand which pages get read, there are no advertising networks or third-party analytics, and we do not sell your data.

What we collect

Server logs. Like any web server, ours records the URL requested, your IP address, your browser string, and the referring page. Logs are kept for security purposes and rotated on a standard schedule.

First-party analytics. We run our own lightweight analytics on this domain. A small script sets a session cookie named _epx (expires after 42 minutes of inactivity). It fires a ping to /edge/heartbeat when you load a page and when you click an affiliate link. The ping contains the current path, the previous path in your session, your referrer, and any UTM parameters present in the URL. No personally identifiable data is sent and nothing leaves our own infrastructure.

No advertising or third-party analytics. We do not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other external tracker. No advertising cookies are set.

Affiliate links

Some links to the sites we review are affiliate links. When you click one, you go directly to the destination site. Your payment details, account credentials, and subscription information stay entirely with that site and its payment processor. We never see any of it. Each destination site has its own privacy policy.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with marketers. We do not build advertising profiles.

If you are in the EU, UK, or California and believe we hold identifiable information about you, contact us at privacy@ethicalbestporn.com. We will respond within 30 days. You can request access, correction, or deletion.

Cookies

The only cookie we set is _epx, described above. You can block it in your browser settings with no loss of site functionality. We do not use tracking pixels or fingerprinting.

Age

This site is for adults only. It is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
