About the screenshots

Screenshots on this site show website interfaces (navigation, layouts, subscription pages, sample stills from trailers). They are used to help readers understand what a site looks like before subscribing. This is the kind of use that copyright law accommodates for commentary and criticism. We are not reproducing or distributing full content from any site.

If you believe we are using your material without authorization

Send a notice to dmca@ethicalbestporn.com. For us to act on it, your notice needs to include all of the following:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL on ethicalbestporn.com where the material appears.
• Your name, email address, and physical address.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices will not be actioned. We respond to complete notices within a reasonable time.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed from this site and you believe the removal was a mistake or the result of misidentification, send a counter-notice to dmca@ethicalbestporn.com. Include the URL from which the material was removed, your contact information, your physical or electronic signature, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal was in error and that you consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Repeat infringers

We do not knowingly keep infringing material on the site. Accounts or sources responsible for repeat infringement will be handled accordingly.
